Zirakpur: The local police have arrested two proclaimed offenders (POs) wanted under Sections 406, 420 IPC and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code at the Zirakpur police station.
The police said the accused Arvind Kumar Mishra and Roshan Mishra, both residents of Maya Garden, Zirakpur, had been evading arrest since the case in 2012 and were declared proclaimed offenders.
The police said they got information that the accused was in Zirakpur. Acting on a tip-off, the police here on Wednesday raided the place and arrested both accused. Further investigations are on, the police said.
