Sonepat, January 13: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said the BJP was playing politics in the name of cow and hardly taking care of cows in ‘gaushalas’ and at other places in the state.

He was addressing the people on the occasion of the fifth annual function of the Saidpur village ‘gaushala’ in the district. He claimed that the Delhi Government was spending more than the amount being spent in Haryana on every cow.

The event was marked by donations, including one month salary by CM Delhi, Rs 22 lakh by the Gaushala Ayog, Rs 21 lakh from Kharkhoda block samiti, a Jeep and the construction of a cow shed by Naresh of Saidpur village.
