BARAMULLA, JUNE 07: According to Assistant Labour Commissioner Baramulla, it is impressed upon all the Construction Workers both Registered as well as Unregistered under Building and other Construction Workers Act 1996 that they shall approach the concerned office directly for any correspondence regarding welfare schemes viz education assistance, death/disability assistance etc.
Moreover, no case shall be accepted from any individual except the construction worker himself.
