Budgam recorded the lowest turnout in Kashmir valley during the eighth phase of Panchayat polls while Baramulla recorded the highest turnout till Saturday noon.
As per the figures released by the chief electoral officer, Budgam recorded 6.5% turnout till 12 pm followed by Srinagar with 7.7%.

Kupwara 33.7%, Bandipora 10.8%, Baramulla 43.6%, Srinagar 7.7%, Budgam 6.5%, Reasi 62%, Kathua 63.5%, Samba 64.8%, Jammu 64.9% and Rajouri 60.5%.
