DODA: The District Development Commissioner Doda, Anshul Garg today reviewed the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-(Ayushman Bharat) in the district a meeting held at Meeting Hall DC Office complex, Doda.
DDC directed the Health Department to implement the scheme in letter and spirit & make awareness about the benefits of the scheme to the general public.
In this direction a number of 25825 families comprised of 125000 peoples have been nominated on the basis of 2011census as beneficiaries which are supposed to be verified, authenticated and provided with the golden cards.
The task has been assigned to almost 100 Common Service Centres (CSC) of the district and were subsequently directed to complete the task by the end of December 2018. Moreover health department officials were directed to mobilise the public for making the scheme purposeful and result oriented.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Doda Mohd Hanief Malik, ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma, Medical Superintendent DH Doda Dr. Parvez Ahmed besides other staffs of Health Departments and VLEs attended the meeting.
