Jammu and Kashmir border clash: Mortar shells land near Poonch brigade headquarters

At least two mortar shells landed near Poonch brigade headquarters of the army as the troops of India and Pakistan exchanged heavy fire and shelling on Tuesday morning.

Reports said that the ceasefire violation took place around 7 am, triggering commotion in the area.

They said that two mortar shells fired by the Pakistan army landed near the Poonch brigade headquarters while one landed in a village located on the outskirts of Poonch town.

So, far there was no report of any loss to life or injury.
