Yoga is the best Fitness regime for your body heart and mind and it is also the best therapy to keep yourself calm. Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua organized a Yoga Camp on occasion of “International Yog Diwas”. All the teachers, some students and parents participated in it, under the supervision and guidance of PTI and Principal Shuchita Gupta. As in Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua it is a routine practice of conducting yoga classes. Emphasis is given on both physical and mental development. On this day also many important exercises were demonstrated which included Pranayaam. All the participants were guided with the benefits of each exercise. Nothing else would help you calm your mind and heart as Yoga does when you are suffering from stress and anxiety. Yoga is the practice for a healthy body, mind, soul and heart.
​Principal Shuchita Gupta said that Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be Endured and Endure what cannot be cured. Yog should be included in our lives as the most important part of our routine work. If we continuously follow yog in our lives our all illness will vanish. In pranayaam we must practice Kopal Bati and Anlom Vilom which are medicine for many diseases.
