Suspected militants shot dead a police sub-inspector in Larve village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday night.
Reports said that suspected militants barged inside the residential house of Mohammad Ashraf Dar at his native Larve village and fired upon him, resulting in his instant death.
This was the third such attack in south Kashmir today. Earlier, two policemen were killed in separate attacks in Kulgam and Pulwama districts.
