KATHUA, DECEMBER 22: Deputy Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria today inaugurated the newly renovated building of Zonal Education Office, Kathua here near Ramleela Ground.
ACR Kathua, Jatinder Mishra, CEO, Bishan Singh, Incharge ZEO Kathua, Kewal Singh, staff members and students were present on this occasion.
The DC said that the renovated office is located near the main market and will make it more accessible to general public.
Later, the DC also distributed woolens among the students of Boys Hr. Sec. School, Kathua and Govt. Girls Middle School, Chak Shaikhan
Making fervent appeal, the DC asked everybody to come forward and donate generously for helping the needy, who are deprived of necessities of life.
He appreciated the efforts of the School Management who managed the uniforms (sweaters) for the poor and needy students for the winter season. He also motivated the teachers to impart quality education to these students so that they can become responsible citizen of our society.
