Six-day Yoga / Mediation camp organized in Sub Jail Hiranagar by “Art of Living” Organization under the aegis of Dilbagh Singh, Director General of Police, Prisons J&K, concluded today.
During the yoga camp 70 Jail Inmates took part in the Yoga/ Meditation Course. During the camp various YogAssanas, Pranayams, Kriyas and relaxation of mind techniques were taught to the inmates by highly trained teachers.
Speaking on the occasion, Superintendent Sub Jail Hiranagar. P.K Modi, expressed gratitude to Rupali Dutta and Chamail Singh and co-Teacher Nitin Sharma and Dr. Chakshu Sharma “Art of Living” for their cooperation and efforts. The Jail Inmates also appreciated the efforts /measures taken by the Director General of Police, Prisons J&K for organizing such type of yoga camps in the jail for physical and mental betterment of the inmates.
