SAMBA, NOVEMBER 29: District Development Commissioner, Sushma Chauhan, today reviewed implementation of “Solid and Liquid Waste Management” in the district.
Deputy Commissioner asked the Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kulbhushan Khajuria, for identifying suitable land in Brahmana (SIDCO) and in Samba (Mandera) for solid and liquid waste management in the district so that work for proper sanitation could be started at the earliest.
Deputy Director, Rural Sanitation Jammu, Narayan Dutt, Tehsildar Aman Kumar Anand and team of Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) headed by Anroop Salte were present in the meeting.
