JAMMU, DECEMBER 29: Department of Forests today expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of former Chief Conservator R P Sharma.
A condolence meeting of forest staff was held here which was chaired by Principal Chief Conservator Forests, J&K, Suresh Chugh.
A two-minute silence was observed for peace to the departed soul. On the occasion services of the late Chief Conservator were highlighted which he rendered for the Department.
Participants remembered Sharma as a noble human being and an able officer who significantly contributed a lot for the growth and betterment of the department.
The meeting prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
