Shopian, 16 March: On the direction of District Administration Shopian, Snow clearance work was started at 84 km long mughal road today. The work was started by mechanical division in presence of ADDC Shopian, Mr Saleem Malik. When contacted, Deputy Commissioner Shopain Dr Owais Ahmed said that the work of clearance on Mughal road will take around 20 days to complete depending on amount of snowfall in higher reaches and land slides if present on the road. Once opened, mughal road will serve as another artery for transport of vehicles between two divisions of Jammu and Kashmir.
