A woman was killed and two others including an off-duty soldier injured in cross-border shelling in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Amina Akhtar (32) of Chaijla in Mendhar area.
The injured were identified as Zakir Hussain of Balnoi and Naseema Akhtar of Nar Mankote.
An official said the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
