Jammu: The two-day Division Level Kala Utsav of Jammu Division concluded at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, Jammu, wrapping up two days of artistic resonance and youthful brilliance. The event, a confluence of culture and creativity, celebrated the expressive spirit of students who transformed imagination into performance and performance into poetry.
Organised under the able guidance of Director School Education Jammu, Mr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary, and under the supervision of the Chief Education Officer Jammu, Mr. Ajeet Sharma, the festival became a living testament to how education, when fused with art, can shape not only intellect but identity.
