CEO Rajouri Iqbal Hussain Reviews Progress in Education Sector, Emphasizes 100% Fund Utilization and Staff Attendance

Rajouri, : Chief Education Officer Rajouri, Sh. Iqbal Hussain, convened a crucial meeting with all Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) today to review the progress achieved in the education sector so far. The meeting focused on ensuring the 100% utilization of Annual Samagra Grants for 2024-25, improving staff attendance, and enhancing academic performance across the district.

 

During the meeting, CEO Rajouri stressed the need for full utilization of available funds for infrastructure development, learning resources, and student welfare. He directed all ZEOs to ensure that teaching and non-teaching staff maintain 100% attendance in schools, with daily monitoring to prevent absenteeism.

 

Furthermore, CEO Rajouri instructed ZEOs to conduct regular field visits to assess on-ground implementation of educational initiatives and focus on improving academic performance in their respective zones. He also emphasized the need for an aggressive enrollment drive, urging staff members to engage with local communities and encourage student admissions in government schools.

 

Additionally, CEO Rajouri issued strict directives for the timely submission of teacher information, ensuring smooth administrative functioning.

 

Prior to the meeting, CEO Rajouri inspected examination centers at HS Jawahar Nagar and BMHSS Rajouri to oversee the smooth conduct of ongoing examinations. He personally reviewed the arrangements to ensure a fair and disciplined examination process.

 

Sh. Iqbal Hussain reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the education system in Rajouri and urged all officials to work with dedication to enhance learning outcomes and overall school performance.
