DODA: Zonal Education Officer Bhalla,Sh.Chhaju Ram today conducted a comprehensive inspection and monitoring visit to Government Primary School (GPS) Cheka.The visit aimed to assess the school’s operational efficiency, educational schemes, and infrastructure.
During the inspection, ZEO Bhalla verified school attendance, which was found to be satisfactory with all teaching staff present. He actively engaged with students in classrooms, observing ongoing teaching and learning activities to gain firsthand insight into the educational environment.
A key focus of the visit was the review of various government educational schemes, including the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) and Samagra Shiksha programs. The utilization of the Composite Grant under the Samagra Shiksha initiative was also thoroughly reviewed. ZEO Bhalla underscored the critical importance of punctuality, commitment, and dedicated efforts from the teaching staff to significantly improve student learning outcomes. He issued a directive to the MDM Incharge, emphasizing the necessity of preparing meals strictly according to the prescribed menu and government guidelines to ensure student well-being.
Furthermore, the ZEO inspected the school’s infrastructure, including classrooms and toilet facilities. It was noted that an additional classroom (ACR) is required to accommodate the increasing student enrollment and meet the growing needs of the school.
This visit highlights the ongoing commitment of the Zonal Education Office Bhalla to ensure quality education and effective implementation of government initiatives in schools across the region.
