Doda-In a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture and innovation, the Department of Youth Services & Sports (YS&S) Doda inaugurated the Inter-Zonal District-Level “Viksit Bharat” Cultural & Innovation Fest under the banner of Youth Festival 2025–26 at Sports Stadium Doda.
The festival witnessed enthusiastic participation from talented youth across various zones of the district in events like Declamation, Story Writing, Painting, Folk Dance, Folk Song, Poetry Writing, and Innovation (Science Exhibition) — each echoing the vision of a “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India).
District Youth Services & Sports Officer Doda, Mr. Jaffer Haider Sheikh, graced the occasion and lauded the creativity and energy of the young participants. He highlighted the importance of such festivals in fostering innovation, artistic expression, and cultural pride among the youth.
Outstanding performers were selected to represent District Doda at the upcoming Divisional-Level Youth Festival. The event beautifully showcased the district’s rich cultural diversity and the department’s commitment to holistic youth development.
