SRINAGAR, AUGUST 21: Chief Secretary, Shri B V R Subrahmanyam has extended his heartiest greetings and good wishes to the people of the State on the auspicious Eid-ul Adha festival.
Chief Secretary observed that Eid-ul Adha festival symbolizes strength of faith and willingness to offer the dearest of things in the righteous path.
“May the festival become a harbinger of peace, prosperity and well being for the people of the state”, he prayed on the occasion.
