Jammu and Kashmir Rehber-e-Taleem Teachers Forum , today staged a sit in protest at Press Club Jammu under the Chairmanship of Sr. Vice Chairman Sh. Bhupinder Singh.
The ReT teachers are demanding the implementation of 7th pay commission in their favour, as it has been implemented in case of other services.
The ReT teachers are also demanding that their salary account maybe delinked from the centre and they may be provided salary from state head, so as to enable regular release of salary.
At the moment around 41 thousand ReT teachers are on protest demanding immediate redressal of their issue.
