Prof Rita Jetinder died on the set of DD morning show in Srinagar due to cardiac arrest.
She was in Srinagar for a programme on women issues n DD called her for good morning india program where she collapsed in the middle of the show. Right now Nahida Soz MD Women dev corporation n hafeeza muzaffar ( who had invited her ) are in the hospital with her .
*Madam Rita was an active and well-known academican, social activist, Doordarshan and Radio speaker. She was nominated as Secretary Academy of Art and Culture after her retirement as Principal GCW Parade.*
Prof Rita was one of the prominent personalities of State.Her death is a great loss to entire Jammu and Kashmir.
