KARGIL NOVEMBER 28, 2018: – In order to ensure the enrolment of young eligible electors in electoral rolls who have attained 18 to 19 years of age, District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Kargil will organize special camps in all higher secondary schools of the district on November 30, 2018.
In this connection youngsters who have already attained the age of 18 years and those who are attaining 18 years of age on 01-01-2019 are informed to attend these camps so as to enroll their names in the electoral rolls.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner has said that the special camps would be organized at all the higher secondaries of the district where the concerned Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars shall remain available to assist the eligible youngsters.
The Booth Level Officers would also be available with adequate number of Form-6 and to receive the forms from applicants so that maximum eligible electors could be covered.
