ANANTNAG, DECEMBER 27: District Development Commissioner, Anantnag, Mohammad Younis Malik today chaired a meeting to review the progress made in the disposal of various grievances received from the Governor’s Grievance Cell.
The meeting was informed that 67 grievances of different nature have been received from the Grievance Cell. It was given out that some of the grievances and complaints have already been disposed of and most of them are in the process of disposal.
The DDC stressed upon the heads of various departments at the district level to expedite the progress regarding the disposal of all the grievances received as soon as possible. He directed the heads of the concerned departments to seriously look into the issues reported by the general public and create a friendly and conducive atmosphere at their own level for immediate disposal of genuine complaints and grievances.
Among others, the meeting was attended by ADC Anantnag, ACR Anantnag, SDMs of Bijbehara and Dooru, Exens of R&B, PHE, I&FC, AD Tourism, All the Tehsildars, Executive Officer of Municipal Committee Dooru and other concerned officers of the district.
