BHADARWAH, DECEMBER 31: Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhaderwah Dr. Ravinder Kumar Bharti today convened a meeting to review the arrangements for the celebration of upcoming Republic Day-2019.
Discussions regarding security, first aid, sanitation, Fire and Emergency Services, seating arrangements, power & water supply, and issuance of invitation cards were held during the meeting.
During the meeting, it was apprised that venue of the function will be the Higher Secondary School Boys Bhaderwah where National Flag will be unfurled and the contingents of JKP, CRPF, NCC and platoons from government and private schools will participate in the march past besides cultural programmes will be performed by various schools.
It was also decided that the day shall start with playing of ShenaiVadan by Information Department Bhaderwah.
The Full-Dress Rehearsal of the programme will be held on 24th January 2019.
The meeting was attended by Principal GDC Bhaderwah, CEO BDA, ASP, DFO, SDPO, Tehsildar, CRPF, EO Municipal Committee, Tehsil Supply Officer, TSWO, PWD R&B, PDD, PHE, PMGSY, Treasury Officer, Principals, Niab Tehsildar Bhalla besides other representative officers and officials from various department attended the meeting.
