SHOPIAN, February 28: Deputy Commissioner Shopian Dr Owais Ahmed along with Chief Education Officer Shopian Mohammed Sadiq distributed 395 regularization orders in favour of teachers engaged under SSA Scheme and have been placed in the Grade-II teacher as per the SAC decision.
Among others Dy CEO Shopian Javaid Ahmad, ZEO Vehil, ZEO Shopian, officials of education department and other concerned were present.
Furthermore, it was the superannuation day of the Chief education officer Shopian Mohammed Sadiq who served the department in district Shopian since many years. The contribution of Sadiq was widely appreciated by the officials.
On the occasion Deputy Commissioner Dr Owais Ahmed congratulated out going CEO who retired after exemplary service. He said that Mr Sadiq was upright CEO whose work will be long remembered. He wished him a happy post-retirement life.
