GANDERBAL, MAY 28:- Additional District Development Commission (ADDC) Ganderbal today inaugurated Intensified Diarrhea Control Fortnight (IDCF) programme here at District Hospital Ganderbal.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Ganderbal, Deputy CMO Ganderbal, District Health Officer, and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.
The programme which will continue till 9th June 2019 is aimed to attain Zero Child (0-5 years ) deaths due to diarrhea.
The ADDC Ganderbal distributed zinc tablets and ORS packets among the children. 47256 children between 0-5 years of age will be covered during the fortnight intensive drive.
On the occasion, ADDC Ganderbal directed the officials to attain 100% coverage during the fortnight so that the desired results are achieved.
