DC Reasi reviews implementation of biometric attendance at Govt Schools, Hospitals
REASI, JUNE 08: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Indu Kanwal Chib chaired a meeting with representatives from Education and Health Department here today.
The meeting was called to review implementation of biometric attendance at government schools, hospitals and Health centres of the district.
ADDC Reasi, Ramesh Chander besides other officers of concerned departments were present in the meeting.
At the meeting, the Chief Education Officer, ZEOs and representatives from schools apprised the Deputy Commissioner about the changes brought in by biometric attendance system. Few other representatives also briefed the Deputy Commissioner about issues being faced in implementation of the system at far flung areas of the district.
The DC also spoke to Medical Officers, doctors and technicians from District Hospital Reasi and asked them to start implementing biometric attendance at all hospitals and health centres of the district. She also asked them to clearly display duty rosters and emergency contact numbers at notice boards.
In addition to these, the DC also asked the medical staff not to leave district centre unnecessarily.
