Srinagar: A mobile shop on Monday gutted in a massive fire in Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district of J&K.
Reports said that Goods worth thousands of rupees were gutted when a fire broke out in a mobile shop of Ghulam Qadir Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat resident of Najwan Kangan.
A police official said that timely intervention of fire tenders,police and locals brought the fire under control and prevented it from spreading further.
The cause of fire has not been ascertained yet but probably the shop have been gutted due to short circuit,”said official.
