Today Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua celebrated 72nd Independence Day in school premises with great enthusiasm and reverence. The flag hoisting was followed by patriotic song competition of all the four houses. Their uniform presentation conveyed the message that in spite of all the diversity, the people of India are one in their motives and goals. Students of Junior wing gaming fancy dress depicted show patriotism, patriotic songs, poems, speeches etc were performed by our students.
Mrs. Poonam Patel was present as a Chief Guest to grace the occasion. She enlightened our students with her words about our Sanskriti. Mrs. Shuchita Gupta Principal Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua and Mrs. Poonam Patel unfurled the flag.
The Principal Mrs. Shuchita Gupta reiterated on this occasion that it is our moral duty to maintain peace and integrity of the nation at all cost. We should develop a scientific temper, tolerance and feeling of brotherhood. She also said that hard work is the key to success in all fields and we should strive for excellence. She also said that right way to celebrate Independence day is to follow the footsteps of our freedom fighters and follow our Indian culture. Whole staff was also present.
