Jammu: The immature transfer of Director Rural Development Department Jammu, Mumtaz Ahmed Choudhary is widely being condemned by all Section of society.
Today GAD Department did major reshufle in all the Departments, similarily transfered Mumtaz Ahmed Choudhary from Director RDD Jammu, to Additional Secratery Housing and Urban Dev. Department, which is widely being condemned by the all sections of Society, while alleging that its all being did over the signals of BJP which is against the interest of common people . According to sources the incumbent director RDD Jammu, “Mumtaz Ahmed Choudhary was elevated by director RDD and several other officers were reshuffled on June 6, 2018 vide order number 972-GAD 2018 on directions of the then Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, but its very unfortunate that the simmilliar Department transfered him immaturaliy after a month which is being condemned widely by all section of society.
Interestingly several additional secretaries are enjoying the posting of special secretaries and holding important assignments in several Departments the list uploaded by GAD on its website reveals the reality if it’s so the immature transfer of Most Honest and dedicated officer Mumtaz Ahmed is Questionable? People while condemning the biased approach of General administration Department said that the mentioned department continuesly appointing non-technical and junior officers on high and prime posts allegedly in violation of the seniority and merit policy if Mumtaz Ahmed has been treated like this all others must be removed who are enjoying the posting of Special Secretaries.
“The question is that why the GAD has made the posting of Additional secretaries to special secretaries spabsolutely against the seniority and merit policy,” the source asked. Why they are not being removed or transferred
“There are many officers who are still holding the post of Additional secretaries but they are enjoying the posts of specail secretaries and holding important assignments which reveals that the admin appointed the most junior officers of their choice on higher posts. Such decisions are really hurting the sentiments of common people while removing Honest and dedicated officer over the signals of BJP.
“Pick and choose policy has made the efficient officer to suffer, while junior most and inefficient officers have been given prime postings over the signals of BJP which is strongly condemnable and Questionable
