Jammu Sanskriti School organises Fancy Dress Competition

Eating a diet with plenty of Fruits and Vegetables has been linked to improved health and a sound mind in a healthy body. Fancy Dress Competition was organised in the Pre-Nursery class of Pre-Primary wing. The theme was Fruits and Vegetables. Veggies and Fruits are loaded with vitamins, minerals, fibres and antioxidants which have been shown to protect against chronic diseases. The children participated in the competition with great zeal and enthusiasm.
The competition was co-ordinated by Ms.Nidhi Kohli, Coordinator of Pre- Primary wing. The judges of the show were Mrs.Harmeet Kaur and Mrs.Anuradha Gupta. Students who bagged prizes were Dakshit Kant 1st prize, Divyansh 2nd prize and Agam Shivgotra and Samrath Singh Singh 3rd prize from Pre-Nur-‘A’. From Pre-Nur’B’ Kanishka Chowdhary 1st prize, Danish Kumar 2nd prize, Razban Chowdhary and Kavya Angral 3rd prize.
Principal cum Vice-Chairperson Ms.Rohini Aima appreciated the emberance and efforts of participants in general and applauded the winners in particular. She reminded of the fact that participation in the event itself is a great achievement as it reflects self-assurance & poise of an individual and also helps in developing healthy habits amongst the students.
