Militants on Tuesday evening attacked an army camp in Chillipora village of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A police official said that around 8:30 pm militants fired a grenade at the 44 RR camp in Chillipora village and then fired some shots.
However, there was no immediate report of any injury or loss of life, said the official.
He said the forces cordoned off the whole area and launched a search operation to nab the militants.
