Announces cash reward to best performing CSCs

KULGAM, JANUARY 02: District Development Commissioner Dr. Shamim Ahmad Wani today reviewed the progress of Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan ArogiYojna (PMJAY) here at a meeting.

The meeting was attended by CMO Kulgam, BMOs, and other concerned officers.

Threadbare discussions with regard to awareness, mobilization and identifications of beneficiaries, registration, generation of golden cards and other related issues were held at the meeting.

The meeting was told that against the target of 82829 beneficiaries, 41137 have been registered in the district so far. It was also given out that 24049 golden cards have been generated so far while as 70 CSCs are pressed in the service for registration in all blocks of district.

The DDC directed the CMO, BMOs and other concerned officers of the district to give top priority to the identification of the beneficiaries and ensure the 100 percent target is achieved by 15th January 2019. He impressed upon the officers to redouble their efforts to achieve the target well in time so that deserving beneficiaries can avail benefit of the scheme.

The DDC also announced cash reward of Rs 15000, 10000, 5000 respectively to top three common service centers on the basis of their performance.

Further DH, SDHs along with common service centers numbering 70 as registering authorities were directed to gear up for the registration of beneficiaries.
