District level enrollment drive 2023 /Campaign inaugurated by Worthy Director School Education,Jammu at GHS Ghagwal, Samba
Enrollment drive campaign for the academic session 2023-24 was formally inaugurated today on 27/03/2023 at GHS Ghagwal by Director School Education Jammu Sh. Ravi Shanker. On this occasion,worthy Joint director Sh. H.R Pakhroo, CEO Samba Sh. Kewal Krishan, Principals of various Higher secondary schools, Headmasters of High Schools,teachers of distt. Samba were also present. The worthy officials were welcomed by Headmaster, staff , team of cultural & education Cell and students of GGHS Ghagwal. The programme was kick started with lightning of lamp by chief guest followed by welcome address by CEO Samba, a short cultural programme was also organized. Speaking on the occasion,Worthy Director School Education Jammu Sh. Ravi Shankar Sharma highlighted the various Schemes for benefit of Students of Govt. Schools.He also said the enrollment will be conducted by all HOI’s in all the Govt. Schools and ask teachers to strengthen their efforts to further upliftment of standards of education in govt. Schools. .
Worthy Joint Director Sh. H. R Pakhroo said that we should work at grass root level that more focus should be placed on Pre primary and Primary Schools, so that we can make a strong foundation.
Chief Education Officer, Samba. Sh. Kewal Krishan said that enrollment drive will certainly make the general public aware of the various benefits being provided to the students of govt. Schools .
Some new students were admitted for upcoming session. The students are Sarswati, Jamuna, Simran, Ganga Yumana and muskan. They were gifted by worthy director. The function was concluded with vote of thanks by Headmaster of the Govt. Girls high school Ghagwal Sh. Manohar lal Raina and an enrollment drive flagged off by worthy director school education Sh. Ravi Shanker Sharma based on the theme “AAO SCHOOL CHALE HUM” was also conducted.Refreshment was also distributed to all students.
