Doda: Chief Education Officer Doda,Sh.Parkash Lal Thapa , taking proactive steps to ensure the smooth conduct of the Annual Regular exams in Doda District, paid surprise visits to examination centers in Girls Higher Secondary School Mohalla, Govt.Girls Middle School Mohalla, Govt.Higher Secondary School Bhella, Girls Hostel Bhella and other feeding schools where middle standard examination centres were established.
While Inspecting examination centres CEO Doda directed concerned individuals to conduct thorough inspections at examination centers before the examination starts.
CEO Doda was helping to prevent any potential issues or malpractices that could compromise the integrity of the examination process.
This proactive approach demonstrates a commitment towards upholding the standards of education and ensuring that the students have a fair and conducive environment to take their examination.
He said that such initiatives not only help in detecting and preventing any irregularities but also send a strong message about the importance of integrity and fairness in the educational system.
It’s essential to continue such efforts to promote a culture of transparency and accountability in the examination process, he added.
He emphasised on working whole heartedly for the students and implementing departmental directions and preparing students for upcoming challenges reflecting a commitment towards their holistic development and success.
CEO Doda, Mr. Thapa emphasized on the importance of quality education in shaping the future of the youth. He stated that the goal iwas to provide every student with an enriching educational experience that equips them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
CEO Doda also ensured the Assured Minimum Facilities at the respective school polling stations and directed the staff members to conduct a cleanliness drive atleast once in a week and participated in the cleanliness drive organized at HSS Mohalla under SVEEP.
He stressed on the fact that education extends beyond textbooks as it encompasses character development and critical thinking along with fostering a passion for lifelong learning.
He divulged that our efforts should be concentrated towards equipping the new generation with not only knowledge but also ethics. He added that we shouldn’t focus only on academic standards but also on the overall growth and well -being of each student.
The Chief Education Officer Doda also stressed upon the Cluster Heads of HSS Bhella and Mohalla to monitor all private schools falling in thier respective clusters and ensure the complete implementation of orders and regulations regarding books prescribed by the JK BOSE for prrivate schools and charging of Fees as per approved fee structure duly issued by chairman Fee Fixation & Regulation Committee and that there is no change in uniform without prior permission from the competent authority.
