An impactful awareness program was recently held at GHSS Dradhu to address the rising concern of student suicides due to poor exam results. The event highlighted the importance of mental well-being and resilience among students.
A thought-provoking skit titled “Life Over Exams” was performed by the students, delivering a strong message that exams are just a part of life—not the end of it.
With an alarming rise in suicide rates and drug use among students fearing failure, it is crucial to foster understanding and support both at school and at home. Students are encouraged to face tough times with patience, stay calm, and seek guidance. Suicide is never a solution.
Parents, too, must show patience and compassion during such times and motivate their children to strive for better outcomes.
This meaningful initiative was organized by Ms. Ankita Kotwal (Vice-ZICC, Zone Bhalla, Doda) under the guidance of our respected Principal Sh. Satish Kumar.
Let’s work together to build a healthier, more supportive environment for our students.
