Doda, June 14-In line with the vision of Worthy District Development Commissioner Doda, Sh. Harvinder Singh (IAS) to strengthen academic standards and institutional infrastructure, Chief Education Officer Doda, Mr. Mohammad Hafiz, conducted an official visit to Government Higher Secondary School (Girls), Doda.
The visit was part of a comprehensive initiative to monitor and enhance the academic performance of government schools across the district. During the inspection, Mr. Hafiz held meaningful interactions with faculty members and students, emphasizing the need for a focused, student-centric learning approach and the promotion of academic excellence.
As part of the engagement, a PowerPoint presentation was delivered by CEO Doda, outlining a structured framework to improve learning outcomes and instructional quality for the academic session 2025. The presentation highlighted innovative teaching strategies, regular assessments, and data-driven academic planning to uplift student performance.
Addressing the staff, Mr. Hafiz underscored the pivotal role of teachers in mentoring, classroom management, and holistic development. He urged educators to take ownership of student success and create a collaborative, motivating environment for learners.
In addition, the CEO issued on-the-spot directives to the Principal, Mr. Surinder Singh Baloria, for undertaking minor repair work and necessary infrastructure improvements to ensure a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
This visit reflects the Education Department’s commitment to academic excellence and infrastructure development, in alignment with district-level goals to ensure quality education for all students.
