The monthly Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was held today at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Gole Gujral, under the worthy guidance of the Principal, *Dr. Anjana*.
As this was the first PTM after the summer vacation, it witnessed enthusiastic participation from both parents and staff members. The meeting served as a platform for meaningful discussion on key issues concerning students’ academic and personal development.

Awareness about Pre- and Post-Matric Scholarships:
Parents were sensitized about the availability of scholarships and the procedures involved. A detailed explanation was provided regarding the necessary documents required for applying. They were advised to complete all formalities within the stipulated time to ensure that their wards can avail the benefits without delay.
*APAAR ID Generation*:
Parents of students whose APAAR ID has not yet been generated were requested to provide the correct Aadhaar numbers of both the student and parents to facilitate timely completion of the process.
*Punctuality and Regularity:*
Emphasis was laid on maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. Parents were urged to ensure that their wards attend school regularly and on time, as it is essential for their academic progress.
*Awareness Against Drug Abuse:*
Parents and students were counseled to stay vigilant about drug abuse — both personally and in their surroundings. The importance of early identification and prevention was stressed upon.
The meeting concluded on a positive and cooperative note. Parents expressed their satisfaction and assured their continued support and active involvement. Together, we aim to nurture the holistic development of every child – in *body, mind, and spirit*.
