DODA, FEBRUARY 26- In a continued effort to strengthen the quality of education and ensure institutional accountability, Chief Education Officer Doda, Sh. Bhushan Kumar Pathak, along with Principal, District Institute of Education and Training Doda, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, conducted surprise inspections in several government schools across the educational zones of Doda, Bhalla, and Thathri.
During the visit, inspected Government High School Pranoo, High School Seri, and Higher Secondary School Bhella. The inspections were aimed at assessing staff punctuality, reviewing the overall functioning of the schools, and evaluating the condition of infrastructure and academic environment.
The CEO and Principal DIET conducted a thorough review of attendance registers, classroom teaching, and the availability of basic facilities. They also interacted with students to understand their academic progress, learning experiences, and the challenges faced in their educational journey.
Emphasizing the importance of punctuality and dedication, CEO directed the staff to maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment for students. He reiterated the department’s commitment to improving educational standards and ensuring that every student receives quality education.
Princpal DIET also stressed the need for effective classroom practices and encouraged teachers to adopt innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
The officers appreciated the efforts of the school staff in maintaining academic activities and urged them to continue working with commitment and sincerity for the holistic development of students.
