At least four people have been injured after a five-storey building collapsed near Missal Gadi.The building that collapsed was an under-construction building. Initial reports inform that several labourers have been feared dead. The Police, fire department and NDRF team have been pressed into service. More details awaited.
A similar building collapse incident was reported from Chennai on Saturday morning in which one person was killed while 32 others were injured. The incident took place when an overloaded scaffolding of an under-construction building collapsed in the heart of the city. Three of those admitted have undergone surgery while twelve others injured in the incident are undergoing treatment at a government hospital.
