A Vaishno Devi pilgrim on Tuesday suffered injuries due to shooting stones near Darshani Deodi at Ban Ganga in Katra town of Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
“A lady pilgrim Phool Pati (65), wife of Ganga Prashad, resident of village Paneera, district Maharajgang, UP, while on her way to Katra after paying obeisance along with the family members this morning was suddenly hit by shooting stones near Yatra scanning parchi counter at Darshani Deodi, Banganga,” police here said.
She received multiple injuries and the patient was immediately shifted to CHC Katra for further treatment.
