Today Kishtwar Police arrested a wanted terrorist/OGW namely Touseef Ahmed Gundna S/O Ghulam Nabi Gundna R/O Near Jamia Masjid Kishtwar, wanted in case FIR No. 182/2018 U/S 120-B/121/121-A/RPC 7/27 I.A Act, 4/5 Exp Act 3/13/ULA of Police Station Kishtwar. Ever since, the case was registered on 1st July-2018 and two accused belonging to HM outfit were arrested and a terror plan was thwarted the case., tge case was with held for want of his arrest. Today Police party headed by Shri Manoj Kumar Dy. SP DAR under the supervision of SSP Rajinder Gupta arrested most wanted OGW Touseef Ahmed Gundna S/O Ghulam Nabi Gundna R/O Near Jamia Masjid Kishtwar,. Perrtinent to mention here that the said terrorist/ IGW was also involved in the case FIR No. 41/2017 U/S 7/25 Arms Act, 3/5 EXP Act of P/S Parimpora, Srinagar, There is likelihood of one more arrest in this case and recovery is to be made. The accused person is hardcore motivator if youth who encourages them for joining militancy and terrorist activities a close associate of HM terrioist Mohd Amin @ Jhangir. Touseef Ahmed @ Abu Bakar reportedly was also in contact with another terrioist Latti in 2017. The accused Touseef Ahmed Gudna had held meeting with code Jhangir and was conduit for transferring money to the wife of Jhangir With the arrest of this accused, there is likelihood of decrease in terorrist activities and also reduction in the number of youth joining anti national activities.
