The Congress in Goa, along with its 14 MLAs, on Monday staked claim to form the government in the state as Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is indisposed.
The Congress has submitted a letter before the Raj Bhavan but there has not been a meeting between the Governor and the MLAs.
The Congress has 16 MLAs in the state. ANI
