Two youth were arrested on Monday while escaping to Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district.
The youth were reportedly escaping to Shopian after snatching weapons from security personnel at a shrine at Shahdara Sharif in Rajouri on Sunday night.
One INSAS rifle has been recovered from them.
