NEW DELHI: Bhayyuji Maharaj, a popular spiritual leader, has allegedly shot himself and was shifted to a hospital in Madhya Prades’s Indore, where he breathed his last. Reports suggest Bhayyuji Maharaj shot himself over “domestic issues”. He was taken to Bombay hospital in Indore.
The self-styled guru is known for his links with influential politicians and businessmen.
Bhayyuji Maharaj reportedly acted as a mediator during the 2011 anti-corruption campaign led by Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal.
