Bhaderwah: The School of Management Studies, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu, organised an engaging Management Club Activity aimed at enhancing managerial acumen, leadership qualities, and confidence among students.
Prof. Rahul Gupta, Rector, Bhaderwah Campus, lauded the initiative, emphasising the role of such activities in bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world practices. He assured full institutional support for future events.
Dr. Umesh Choudhary, In-charge Head of the School, highlighted the importance of practical learning in fostering critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, while urging students to engage proactively in co-curricular activities.
Faculty members including Dr. Rohit Bhagat, Mohammed Avais, Dr. Alyas, Dr. Umar Sadeeq, Rajinder, Asma Jamil, Surbhi Langeh, Shabir Hussain, and Mir Mehmood Ahmed actively contributed to the successful conduct of the event.
The activity reflected the School’s commitment to nurturing future-ready management professionals through experiential and holistic learning.
The programme was coordinated by Yawar and Riya (MBA 2nd Semester) and anchored by Prakriti Dutt under the mentorship of Dr. Umesh Choudhary, featured interactive sessions including a debate on social media, business news presentation, motivational speeches and management games such as Survival Challenge and Product Launch Simulation.
