Arvinder Singh, a brilliant Class 12th student of Government Higher Secondary School, Bhagwah, showcased his exceptional talent in sketch art by preparing impressive portraits of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner Doda, Sh. Harvinder Singh (IAS), and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sh. Sandeep Mehta.
The portraits were formally presented in the office chambers of the DC and SSP Doda in the presence of Chief Education Officer Doda, Sh. Bhushan Kumar Pathak, along with teachers from the School Education Department.
