Lawyers, under the High court Bar Association, tried to march towards the civil secretariat, which opened in Srinagar today,on Monday. However, police foiled the march and not allowed them to move towards secretariat.
They were protesting against the recent civilian killings in the valley. Video of the protest march has been attached.
