KARGIL, AUGUST 10: An Awareness-cum-grievance redressal camp on Pradhan Mantri AwasYojna (PMAY) was held here today at Tourist Facilitation Centre (TFC) under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer, LAHDC, Kargil, Vikas Kundal.
The awareness camp was attended by the beneficiaries selected under the PMAY, senior officers of the district administration including Municipal Committee Kargil and a large number of locals.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed upon the concerned to work with utmost dedication and aware the general public about the aims and objectives of various centrally-sponsored schemes especially PMAY so that maximum lot can be benefited.
The DC also asked the concerned to conduct a survey of the district to identify the deserving beneficiaries under the scheme.
