Braveheart Naik Deepak Nainwal who had sustained bullet injuries while fighting militants in Kulgam on 10 Apr’18 succumbed to his injuries on 20 May’18 at the Command Hospital Pune. 35-year-old Deepak Nainwal leaves behind his wife, 6-year-old daughter Samridhi and 5-year-old son Vaibhav. Samridhi bid a tearful farewell to her father one last time at the funeral at Dehradun.
